Better Good Group believes that every person and organization can thrive and be a force for good in our ever-changing world—when given the right tools and opportunities.

We are a consulting firm that exists to empower organizations and leaders to do their unique good, better.

Organizational Values

Courage.

Our authenticity is our strength. We always seek to do what is right, and apologize quickly. We speak boldly and are willing to do hard things. Better to fail in the arena than succeed as a bystander.

Innovation.

We believe in asking better questions. We are humble, willing to learn from every person and situation. We eat a bowl full of intellectual flexibility every morning for breakfast.

Intentionality.

We have a reason and purpose behind everything we do. If we don’t know why we’re doing something, we stop. The words we speak, the actions we take tell the authentic story of who we are.

Collaboration.

We believe our strength is in diversity of voice and thought. The best ideas win, without regard for positional authority. We work to be courageously inclusive.

Health.

Healthy things grow. We measure the right metrics to promote healthy behavior and long-term, sustained growth. We bring a healthy culture and intentional strategy to all of our work, knowing that growth will follow.

Partnership

Better Good Group is committed to partnering with extraordinary people and organizations representing varied industries. We work with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, Fortune 500 corporations and faith-based institutions, government agencies, universities, and individual executives who desire coaching, really any person or group trying to make the world a better place.

Our partners are also diverse in life experience, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, gender, religion, age, cultural background, thoughts and ideas. We believe this diversity makes all of us better, leads to greater innovation and ultimately enhances both corporate culture and business success.

Because equality and inclusion are foundational for Better Good Group—expressed through treating all people with dignity and respect, and affirming their inherent value—there are also organizations that are not a good fit for us. In fact, we value this so highly that we’re willing to say “no thank you” to partnerships with institutions that discriminate against any person or people group based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, age, or disability.

Core values cost something. Every individual and organization needs clarity about the lines they won’t cross and the values for which they are willing to sacrifice. Being inclusive is one of ours. If you resonate, let’s work together and make your unique good better!
